The EMKC is a growing club that welcomes koi keepers of every level to its events and prides itself on being interesting, informative and, above all, friendly.
From September through to April we meet at the Clock Warehouse, Shardlow, Derbyshire, on the last Wednesday of the month from 7.30pm, with speakers and other organised events. For the rest of the year we adopt a more informal style, holding our meetings at members' houses and viewing their ponds for a relaxing evening of chat between friends.
With organised events, a monthly newsletter, guest speakers, trips, open ponds, general chat, interclub sales, advice, health care and an annual photo show, is there a better club to join?

The East Midlands Koi Club are very proud to annouce that on Saturday the 20th & Sunday the 21st of February 2010 we will be holding our very first Winter Koi Show, at Bretby Conference Centre in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. This will be a unique event for the UK koi scene and will be a weekend packed full of quality koi, lectures from expert guest speakers, the latest information from leading manufactures and much more....

The EMKC are very proud to receive the award for Best Koi Club as voted for by readers of Koi Magazine in their 2008 Awards.
It shows how far we have come as a club in recent years and is great reward for the hard work and effort put in by all of our members and committee.
